Hawks Nest at Buckhorn Valley HOA, a.k.a. Hawks Nest HOA is the association for the developing area of Hawks Nest that enjoys the quiet surrounding mountains and open space land next to it. In the future there will be an Elementary School across the street from the neighborhood. Wildlife is abundant in this new neighborhood which is adjacent to planned open space park services.
Homeownership in Hawks Nest includes membership to the Hawks Nest HOA, the Hawks Nest Design Review, and the Buckhorn Valley Metro District.
The Hawks Nest HOA dues are $200.00 per month. A late fee of $20 per month is assessed for outstanding dues. Accounts that are overdue by nine months will be sent to collections and 30% or more in fees may be added to the account.
HOA services include:
Front and back yard maintenance / mowing, trimming, aeration, weed control
Front and back yard irrigation maintenance
Snow plowing of Hawks Nest Lane, but not sidewalks or driveways
Exterior building maintenance
Covenant control
HOA management
HOA liability insurance that covers the exterior of home and yard and common areas
Owners that wish to make any changes to the outside of their home or yard are required to submit their plans to the Hawks Nest Design Review for approval prior to beginning any projects.
