The Single Family Homeowner's Association of Buckhorn Valley, a.k.a. Buckhorn Valley HOA is the original association in the Buckhorn Valley Community which includes four Phases of development. Homeownership in the Buckhorn Valley subdivision includes membership in the Buckhorn Valley HOA, the Buckhorn Valley Master HOA, and the Buckhorn Valley Metro District.
Buckhorn Valley HOA dues are $172.50 per quarter or every three months. A $25 fee is assessed in the 4th quarter for irrigation blow-out service. A late fee of $20 per quarter is assessed for outstanding dues. Accounts that are overdue by three quarters (nine months) will be sent to collections and 30% or more in fees may be added to the account.
